​BOOKING CONDITIONS​


PRICE

​The price quoted here is per apartment and night (service included). The prices quoted are subject to a tourist tax of € 2.60 per person (from 14 years) per day, to be paid on site. (LG No. 9 of 16.05.2012).

​RESERVATION

To make the reservation valid, an agreed deposit is required. Deposits can be made by bank transfer to:

Please understand that the overnight price per apartment is debited for late arrival, no show, lower number of guest or unanticipated early departure.

​CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will be retained as compensation. It will only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled in writing up to 30 days before arrival.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION PROTECTION

For added security and in order to avoid unnecessary expenses,​ we recommend the conclusion of an insurance to cover the costs of cancellation of your reservation.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Upon arrival, the apartments are available from 3pm. Upon departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartments by 9.30 am.
We ask our guests contact us by phone if arrival is scheduled for later than 7 pm; inform us in advance of a possible change in the number of guests.

PETS

Even though we are animal lovers, animals are not allowed.

PAYMENT

We do not accept credit cards. We kindly ask you to pay the bill in cash or by bank transfer.


No smoking in the apartment.
